�Towny- Towny is a plugin where you can create towns (obviously) thats allows you to claim your land, you can create you own and invite people that are on the server, with adjustable taxes and plot prices the possibilities are endless.You claim land in plots This is my personal favorite plugin.
�LWC- Another plugin for claim thats more individual, it automatically claims certain items that you place down, and only you can interact with them, unless you use a few simple commands to allow your friends use.
